Arlington Virginia Meeting Rooms
Use our handsomely redesigned Arlington Virginia meeting rooms as your own private conference facility (this option is dependent upon your  contracted room block), or book just our elegant pre-set boardroom for a confidential briefing; in either circumstance your event will be handled with the utmost professionalism by our able meeting and event planning staff.   

All our meeting rooms in Arlington have individual controls for heat / AC, sound, music, telephones, multiple electrical / microphone outlets, special lighting effects and 110 volt single phase electricity.

Lobby Level – Judiciary Hall
Douglas
Located next to Key Bridge Terrace, this meeting space is perfect for a banquet of 30. Combine it with Marshall to create a 1,143 square foot area to host your next workshop for 60.

Marshall
Outline your organization's acquisition here in a board room set up for 40. At 675 square feet, this room can comfortably serve as a lecture arena for 70.

Combined, the spaces become Judiciary Hall with a capacity to host 80 for a formal dinner. Each room also has access to a 350-square-foot pre-function space suitable for checking in registrants or throwing a cocktail hour.

Second Floor
Senate Ballroom
Creme-colored walls, rich cherry wood trim and vibrant wall-to-wall carpeting contribute to the vitality of this 3,261 square foot ballroom. Greet guests in the pre-function area or use the foyer area for a cocktail reception. Then proceed into one of three salons for an 80-person banquet or reception for 100. Join all three rooms to announce your organization’s initial public offering – theatre-style for 300.

A cherry wood side bar and chair rail, warm carpeting and a large picture window set the tone for your next client presentation, seating 24 in a board room arrangement.

Gallery Boardroom
First impressions are lasting and this boardroom leaves an indelible one. This space is pre-set with leather blotters, pads of paper and pens. Plan an impressive working lunch for 15 of your most valued clients; our talented culinary staff is adept at creating menus to fit the occasion.
Fairfax / Ft. Myer / Nash
The trifecta of conference rooms – all three boast 324 square feet. Host a dinner or facilitate of a boardroom meeting for 12 in any one of these areas.
